Vivid's client Redtooth Football have signed a deal with Gary Speed to promote Football 6. Vivid are building a website to run and promote the national 6-a-side league. 

"Never work with children or animals" or so the saying goes. Following the re-brand of Liitle Darlings christening wear Vivid can confirm that photographing very young children can be very challenging ! Vivid were asked to re-position the christening wear company to aid sell in to boutique stores that attract the likes of Gordon Ramsay. The launch at the Bubble show in London went down very well and has led to increased sales and a prestigious contract with Harrods !

We are moving office this weekend, excitment has steadily been replaced with worry and finally terror ! This led us to ask ourselves a few questions...Have we got everything covered ? Will the server just 'plug and play' ? Will the new telephone system work ? Will BT manage to re-direct our calls ? Will the Post Office re-direct our post ? Will the new furniture arrive on time ? Will the alarm system work over the weekend ? OMG...so many things to go wrong !!!

Vivid Creative have delivered a new corporate identity and online website for Race Kit following a referral from an existing client. Both Andrew and Amanda are avid adventure racers - competing in grueling 100mile races across icy plains and deserts. Vivid were tasked with creating the new company name, the domain name for the online store, the corporate identity and the website design and build, including Sage Pay integration. The site is designed as a portal to offer one to one advise to other would-be adventure racers, to pass on experience about the physical, emotional and kit requirements for specific races. The original interface design has been created to look like a race number that would be pinned onto your clothing during the race, making the site unique and compelling.

Vivid have been awarded the prestigious contract to build two new web sites for Sheffield based Transform South Yorkshire and The Green Corridor.

Transform South Yorkshire is the sub regional housing and regeneration partnership for South Yorkshire . It includes the Housing Market Renewal Pathfinder set up in 2003 to tackle the problem of low demand housing and the Green Corridor project encompassing parts of Wakefield. The role of the HMR pathfinder is to tackle the problem of failing housing markets and to create vibrant, sustainable places for people to live now and in the future. TSY is the largest pathfinder with over 130,000 dwellings in parts of Barnsley, Rotherham, Doncaster and Sheffield. TSY is currently investing almost £250million to revitalise communities and gives the highest priority to design quality.

The Green Corridor is a housing led project developed by Doncaster, Barnsley and Wakefoeld for an area of Yorkshire which has common rural mining legacy, a need for regeneration in parts and a strong future because of location and accessibility.

The re-brand was rolled out over a three month period, the full suite of materials can be seen below.

Vivid's client Mechan, based in Sheffield, have achieved a turnover highpoint in 2009.

"Sheffield-based heavy lifting equipment specialist, Mechan, is ending its 40th anniversary year on a high, having achieved record turnover figures in 2009.
Despite the effects of the recession, Mechan has increased its turnover to £2.2 million, a 22% rise on the previous year and is looking forward to 2010 with a full order book."

Many of Vivid's clients are prospering despite the recession due to continued investment in marketing.

2009 was a great year for Vivid, we took on three new staff and our office move is due to take place at the end of this month.
